Hi,
My hosting username is "amer".
I've recently logged into my account which was suspended almost a year ago. I reactivated it, created a new domain and everything went fine, but when I logged into cPanel and then file manager to create a folder, I faced the following error:
ERROR: Could not create directory "kkk" in /home/amer: Directory /home/amer does not exist.
