I signed up for Free Hosting account and all was working fine until I attempted to access my Hosting. At that time it said my password was too long and needed to be 16 characters or less. Therefore, Hosting failed. I had not known that and had made my original password 20 characters long.
I changed my password to be 16 characters long.
I then got the following:
"Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:"
So I went back and applied again. It won't let me create hosting because it thinks I'm spamming because I went back a second time to do it, since it failed the first time.
"We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums."
I guess I can just wait 24 hours and try again if someone is unable to help sooner.
Thank you for your help.
UPDATE: I guess it could be that I need to wait up to an hour for it to be created. But the error message didn't offer that as a possible cause. I'll just wait and see. I guess I should have waited before posting this, sorry.
