Unable to Create Main Domain

I'm on Absolut, and I'm unable to change my main domain on my account, it brings back the following system error: B9B23B5D.
Also, I'm unable to login to my cPanel using my account details.
I read in the blog that all the servers have been transferred now, so are these problems to do with polish?
