Unable to create new account

Hello x10hosting,

I tried to create a new hosting account, but I keep receiving the following message:

"We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums."

I have not tried to signup more than once in the last 24 hours.

Can you help me create my new account?

Hello,

No I am not using a proxy server. When I pressed the "create account" button I received a message stating the user name was already in use. So, I created a different username and pressed the "create button" again. This is when I received the above message.

So, you didn't receive any email(s) either ?

You may try it again.
Just to be safe try it after passage of 36 hours or so.

Please note that the process of account creation is an automated one.
Accounts cannot be created manually.
