Can anyone please help me?
I changed my subdomain name from user.x10hosting.com to user.elementfx.com because Facebook won't allow me to register an application with a URL "*.x10hosting.com". I guess this is because of the previous Facebook phishing website hosted under x10hosting.com.
I tried to Google for any solution regarding this problem then I found a random post that says, we can change the domain name to other name that x10hosting has to offer, like elementfx.com . So I did.
My problem now is, on the left side bar of my Control Panel it states that my Email accounts are 6/5 and it's red. I wonder how come it exceeded the limitation. So I checked my email accounts and found out that I have multiple copies of webmaster accounts.
I decided to free up some space by deleting the *@user.x10hosting.com email accounts since I don't need them anymore.
Everytime I click the Delete button, it loads and shows an error as a result.
Error
Account does not exist.
Please help me. :dunno: I don't know how to delete these *@user.x10hosting.com email accounts.
Thanks,
Roy Louis
