Unable to do monthly login

Hello , I recently got message about monthly login, after resetting password I am unable to login in my account , it's shows error

" Error code EAA2F0DF326A93308. Please go to the support forum for assistance."

I have using free hosting last some years never abuse service just for park my domain
static website or test mysql . u can check it

I do apologize we have added an update to your account which you should now be able to reset your password and start login into your panel now.
