unable to edit site

in attempting to edit site, web server says i have 0 objects in file. site was this morning suspended for inactivity, but is up now, just can't edit it

I hope u unsuspended your account from account panel. Some times it may be in queue .ie take time to unsuspend completely. Also Remember to login in forums to avoid suspensions again.Login to cpanel or account panel is not counted.

so even though the actual site is up, the editing site can still say there are 0 objects? to unsuspend it i simply did what was directed... is this the account panel? the computerscreen goes driectly to the forums page when i start up, i was told this was enough to avoid suspension, don't understand enough about all this or the language to change that. not sure how long i should wait...
