Unable to enter into my account

i am very new here ..

yesterday i joined in here for the ad free plan..

i got confirmation email to my mail box yesterday and i was able to view my CP yesterday.,.. but all of a sudden i am not a ble to login .. it say that the required information is anable to be acquired from the server..

please help me ..

There is server maitnace going on at the moment Cpanel is one of the update so more that likely cpanel is down on your server you can chect the server status at x10hosting.com by logging into your host account

i cant login and check the status also..

it shows this ...

will it be always like this or this is the first time ??

anyway how can i access my space thru ftp clients ???

http://x10hosting.com/logout and sign up again.

We updated cPanel yesterday which changes how accounts were created so they were created incorrectly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
