Unable to FTP and unable to post to forum

I have been unable to FTP to my account for the last two days. I'm also unable to post to the forum to get any help. When I try and post to the forum I get the message...

"freeweb79, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

When I try and FTP I get...

"connecting to 69.175.120.122:21
connected to 69.175.120.122 port 21
! Receive error:connection reset
! Connection failed to ftp.monopix.x10.mx"

Please can you sort this out.

Hello,

Can you please try removing the ftp. infront of it. Just try with monopix.x10.mx

Also, ensure you disable "Use Multiple Connections" in your FTP client settings.

Thanks for the reply but it makes no difference.

It's always worked previously and i haven't changed any settings.
