unable to FTP to my site

My previous request was closed without any explanation of status. Please respond.

I am trying to log into my site using gstory@gstory.x10hosting.com

I get an invalid password.

This means your password was incorrect. Be sure you're using the correct password.

Did you try changing your password from http://x10hosting.com/control? The FTP password is typically the same as your cPanel password.
