Unable to get selected template to appear

I had my domain transferred a week ago and I still am unable to access the template I chose in Site-Pad. I tried the selection process again and again got the attached error screen.
I tried the Systems Info & File/File Manager route and cannot figure out where to go from there to start making my website. Please see second screen shot.
What am I missing?
Also, under databases it says there are two users. There is only me.

To install in /root remove the /sp from the Softaculous install directory. In a browser go here: https://chi-parts.com/

Not sure why 2 db users, may cause issues... Can't see what user for what _db. It will not hurt to remove install completely, and _db,
and users and start again. if you have not added a lot of content to site.

It sounds like there’s an issue with the template selection not displaying as expected. Check if the template is saved and active, refresh the page, or try selecting it again.
