Unable to get to cpanel

my site is down and I'm unable to get to cpanel to determine if it's an account suspension for inactivity. I don't believe it is because I think I've been following a tight schedule on logging into the forums. My cpanel password no longer works.

Your forums account is not linked with any hosting account, What is your cPanel URL and main domain?

It seems like your hosting account is linked to Forum account. If your site is not loading ,then its a temporary issue for stoli.Admins are aware of the issue.

Not sure what you mean by "main domain"...the public domain name is starrsmillsoccer.com

main domain is your website URL, also post your cPanel username.

Can't get to webmail either.

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

Login there with cPanel username and password. Check if it works.

I can log in.

When I go to Hosting I get this message:

• An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
• A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.

This site has been up and running for 2 months. Now I am locked out of the Control Panel and can't see what is wrong. Says I have an active x10 account, but it's not linked to my actual hosting account

Can I get help please?

When was the last time you saw your site working properly?
Do you remember your server name? chopin, absolut, lotus, cossacks?

we got reports from 3 days ago that there were issues. Not before that as far as I know...the Google Analytics show activity before that.

I've answered the questions posed to me. I don't think it's shut down for inactivity. Something has happened to my account configuration and I can't access Cpanel or even troubleshoot the problem.

I'm just out here hanging until someone can effectively troubleshoot what's going on.

Help please.

If it was functioning 3 days ago, then it should not be related to the move of data centers.

Will escalate to a Support Ticket so an Admin can research it for you.
