I\'ve been trying to install elgg but still without success. While googling, I saw that to resolve this, I was suppose to modify httpd.conf, by setting AllowOveride to All. But I do not know how to have access to this httpd.conf.
Is there a way to get this function? Or is this because I\'m using but a free account?
