Unable to Link Forum & Hosting CP

I have been trying to link my forum login and cp hosting accounts so I can start using your free hosting service for my website since I joined 3 weeks ago. I am still getting an error message that this username doesn't exist. Please help. Thank You.

Your hosting account was created correctly. I see the x10hosting default index page in place.
