Unable To Link To Account

I'm attempting to link the forum account and hosting account. I'm giving the username exactly as it appears in my registration E-mail. On attempting to link, it's telling me that the specified username doesn't exist.

One other thing - I signed up for the Adfree version. The account page says it's the Ad-Enhanced one. Is that indicative of what might be going on? Thanks.

What is the cPanel username?

It is the ad-free and ad-enhanced panel.
