I have had to reinstate my account as it was suspended and removed. For some reason I did not receive the email and was busy so didn't use the account that month.
I have now reactivated the account and transferred files to public_html which I can see on the c panel. However when I try access the URL for my files
http://reynoldsfamily.x10host.com/18000/18000jigsaw.HTM
I just get the page saying the Domain does not exist. I have tried just acessing the domain only or with index but can not get through the "not exist" page.
We I click onto the Domain does not exist page I just says create an account and I log on and get to c panel again.

THe help only mentions a blank webpage which this is not.

How can I reinstate my web pages pleas?

Yes that is the answer, clearing the cache. Many thanks for your help. I thought it must be something simple once you said you could access my content. Now I have to find out how when using the c panel from time to time I have still been deactivated

I have still been deactivated
"deactivated" ?

IF for 30 or more days you did not log-in to the Account Portal at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - your account will be suspended for inactivity - you can (or could have) un-suspend it from within the Account Portal - but if you do NOT un-suspend it within 21 days the maintenance system (computer) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files and databases - anytime after the 21 day delay (total 51 days after date of last log-in) - NO backups are made

FTP'ing -:- and cPanel direct logins -:- and logging into the forums -:- and making forums post-:- and logging into your own website - do not count
all you need to do - and the only way for it to count towards the requirement of x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]
