Unable to load SOA records / domain keys and dns zone file is missing

Hi support team,
I have a simple issue that I already have a site installed at on domain http://itpeoplesociety.in/srv as an parked domain. My root domain is teachcode.elementfx.com. Now, I wanted to create a new addon domain (ns already setup) memmux.com. When I insert the entry at the 'Addon Domains' section from cPanel, I get this error...

1. The zone for the root domain teachcode.elementfx.com is missing, or could not be read. The IP address will be read from the webserver configuration and a new zone will be created for this subdomain.0 <br /> Created DNS entry for teachcode.elementfx.com <br /> Unable to add record for teachcode.elementfx.comUnable to set up domain keys for 'memmux':
2. The ftp account “memmux” has been created.

in relation to above, a subdomain is created always for the addon site but no entry is found in addon domains list for the created addon domain.
Kindly suggest what I am doing wrong here.

I believe I have fixed the issue in the backend regarding your main domain. Can you please try re-adding your addon domain and let me know if it works?

Hi Skizzerz, thanks a lot for the help, Issue has been resolved I believe you might have edited the zone file for me. I am getting a new problem now at the same place, it says...

1. Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.
2. The ftp account “memmux” has been created.

If it is related to my domain configurations please confirm me what could be it. My domain is registered with godaddy and domain name is memmux.com

You can see that your nameservers have not fully been updated across the globe, if the x10 servers are located in a country that is not propogated, then it will not see the nameservers as ns1.x10hosting.com or ns2.x10hosting.com so it won't be able to add the domain name.

Thanks iSean, I think you are right, It might be an issue with dns propagation. I am convinced and thread can be closed now guys.
