Unable to log in - client area

I have be unable to log into the client area to pay my invoice amount. I am not sure if I mess up on the pasword or if the page is not working. Pressing the pasword reminder button did not result in the system sending me an e-mail as promised.
How do I reset this password to log in and pay my bill.

I think this issue meets the requirements to be escalated to a support ticket, so x10 staff and admins can check your issue. You can view the status of this ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com after logging in with your forum username and password (click view open tickets). Please note it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply, so please be patient, as staff are extremely busy, and work very hard to keep x10 running smoothly.
