My known password is not working... maybe the login is strange? I used to use this account a lot more, and plan on picking it up again. As you can tell, I AM able to log in to my overall x10 account control panel...
Things I have tried: 1) all known passwords (again, maybe username is different?) 2) resetting all x10 passwords with your utility (supposedly resets account, email, AND cpanel) 3) yell furiously.
Any recommendations?
