Unable to log in to cPanel on absolut

I get a login attempt failed error when I attempt to log in to http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/

I checked the Service Alerts section and didn't see any mention of any work being done on the absolut server.

Is this a temporary, try again later problem, or something else?

My cpanel username is belltown.

Absolut is on migration. So it should be good later.

Why don't you guys put up a sentence or two to let the people know what is going on?

Otherwise, next time the Staff does some work and puts a notice in Service Alerts, don't be surprised if nobody looks.

Migration??? First I've heard of this. Did I miss an announcement of something, or are you doing this without telling people in advance?

Where am I being migrated to? How long do you expect this to take?

It's been 4 days now and I still cannot log in to cPanel. My website is working fine, which would imply that whatever server it is on is running okay (it was on absolut), yet I still can't log in to cPanel or access my files through FTP. I've tried http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/, http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/, and the same servers using port 2083. I'm either unable to access the cPanel login screen at all, or I get a login attempt failed message.
