Unable to log-in to cPanel

Hi,
I have been unable to log-in to cPanel for weeks, I made an earlier support request here: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/113087-progress-anna-unable-log-c-panel.html
I still have the same problem, I tried changing my account password but I got an error from that request and cPanel still says log-in failed whether I try the old or the new password.

Hi,
I realise there are problems with SQL and you are very busy with everything going on, I'm just a bit worried because my hosting account has disappeared altogether now from my account page. So that explains why I can't see my site or connect to cPanel. Should I re-register or can my account be set back up?
