Unable to log in to cpanel

I know my username and I KNOW my password is correct but i can appear to log n to cpanel. Recently my account has been suspended due to inactivity but that has been resolved. Is it possible that the server has not yet received the information that my account has been unsuspended? The server is stoli.x10hosting.com

Did you try changing your password in your account management panel? Sometimes a password change will resolve this issue. If not, an account manager should be along shortly to assist you farther.

Still borked...How long does a passwd change take to take effect? Because i just did one and it didnt work...
