Resolved Unable to log in to direct admin

When I try and login get the above screen. As far as im aware I'm just using my mobile and chrome browser to login as normal .

Can you help please.

I could anyone help with the above problem.?
I try to login to x10hosting and get the message
"There is a problem with your request
We've found that you're connecting with a network proxy, VPN, or Tor, and we're unable to complete your request because of this. Please disable any such service, sign out and back in."

I am not using a network proxy, VPN or Tor...
Please help because if I do not sign in soon I will be blocked.
