Unable to log in to R1Soft Backup

I created a backup of my wordpress site and then tried to reinstall it, but when I tried to restore the backup of my site, it didn't work properly. I tried to log in to the R1Soft Backup but I am getting this message when I do:

Warning! You are attempting to use an invalid control panel ID to login.

ALL LOGIN ATTEMPTS WILL FAIL.
If you think you are seeing these messages in error, please contact your Backup Manager administrator.

I used my cPanel log in to access this. If this isn't correct, then how do I get in to see if there's a server backup of my site to yesterday?
