unable to log in

HI,

I am unable to log in to my account, no matter how many time I change the password!

I have reset the password several times and I can log in fine to the forum but not to the control panel.

Can you advise?

I am showing that you do not have a hosting account connected to your forum account. Do you know your CPanel login name?

I thought they were the same as my forum log in?

anyway, I thought that perhaps something might have happened during sign up and I signed up again for a new account. which is now in a queue.

However, during the sign up it told me that my email address was already taken and had to use a different one.

Hi lorenzom,

It seems like a new hosting account was successfully created and linked to your forum account. Are you able to log in now?
