unable to log in

Hello my friends,
My account was recently unsuspended.
However I can not log in cpanel & webmail, although I use the right username and password.
Please help me to solve the problem.

Try resetting your password - http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Change_Your_cPanel_Password

Also, as to your account saying it is still suspended, delete the .htaccess and rename .htaccess.suspended to .htaccess.
