unable to log into account panel

Even though I am able to log into the Community, when I try and log into the Account Panel, it isn't recognizing me as a registered member... Do I have to re-register a new account, or can I get my account back?

Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account.
To see what happened to your account we need you cpanel username. did you remember it???
