Unable to log into account panel.

Unable to log into account panel. It says to link hosting account but when I enter the hosting account name that was sent to my email, it says :

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

it also says :

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.

but my account was supposed to be adfree.

here's info from when I set up the account

The hosting account 'hairston' was terminated for the reason: 'Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.' on the 04/13/08. This means all your files are gone and we can't recover them. You can sign up for another account and restore a backup of your site, but x10Hosting don't make backups of our users' sites, we make it clear in the terms of service that this is your reponsibility.

Okay can you completely delete this account including this forum account so I can create a new hosting account and link it to a new forum account. It won't allow me to do so now because I'm using the same email.

It's already been deleted, You can always relink your forum account.
