and i can proove to you that i am the owner of that site, i can log into the x10hosting free account panel @ https://x10hosting.com/control/?
once i log in and click hosting it says

This must be mistaken because i own romeo.pcriot.com and i can still log in to ftp using windows explorer. But i do not have access to my cpanel @ http://x10hosting.com:2082/
