Unable to log into cpanel

I'm on the Boru server which is now showing in my account information but it says I have 0 disk space usage and it will not let me log into cpanel.

The website looks to be there but it gives me an "Error selecting database" for my blog pages.

This looks to be resolved, are you still having issues?

Regarding logging into cPanel, login to the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control and update your password.

This is now resolved, but...

Yes, resetting the cPanel password fixed the cPanel issue.

The database wasn't connecting using the old username and password. I could not find a way to retrieve or change the old user's password so I created a new username and password and gave them privileges for the database and updated my php code and it then worked.

Hoping this will help others with the same issue.
