Unable to log into CPanel

For a few weeks now I have been unable to ftp or indeed log into C Panel.
What is more worrying is that when I attempt to log in, Firefox tells me that it is an untrusted connection with the following message...

"You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to starka.x10hosting.com:2083, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.



Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified."

I am trying to connect to https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083
My password has not changed and I can log into my account from the x10hosting main page okay.

http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082 works the same, just without secure connections. Alternatively you can just accept the certificate, it's safe it's just self-signed.

Thanks for reply, but attempts to log in on both those suggestions gives a response of "login failed".

I am using the exact same login details as I do for the forum and the account manager panel and they work fine there.

I used to log in no problem but hadn't tried since the account migration a month or so back, so whether it's something to do with that I don't know.

Hi, had a bit of time to play around, and a reset of the password has let me back in.
