unable to log into cPanel

I can't log into cPanel. The error message is "Login Attempt Failed!".

Your account is created successfully and I'm able to login your cPanel with the admin pass. Be sure you're entering the password correctly that you signed up with. If for some reason that cPanel link does not work try:
http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082

I tried logging in again with both links but I still get that error message. I am pretty sure that I'm using the correct password.
