Unable to login at cpanel

I can start session to my account but when I try to open cpanel I receive an authentication failure message.

Also, If I try to open anyone of domains that I have configured like addon domains, I receive a light blue error page that says "If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:
