Unable to login cp

First, thanks for the service. Great Work.

Hi, im able to login in my account management and forums,but unable to login in CP.

username: IOMISMO
free-hosting with no-ads
domain: negrosegipcios.x10hosting.com
cp: negrosegipcios.x10hosting.com:2082

Ive tried manually opening ports, disable firewalls. The login popup shows, the login page itself shows too, but im still unable to login (Login attempt failed).

Any help?

Iomismo -- Try using all lowercase for your username when logging in to your cPanel.

Gneeew -- Read the stickies at the top of this section before posting next time.

I don't know if this will help or not, but what login information are you using to try and log into your CP? The site is a bit confusing - you use your forum login for account management, but your hosting login for CPanel.

Sorry to everybody, thanks for your interest, but it was a problem with my fu****g head (and hands). I make a mistake when typing the username in the account creation for the CP.
