Unable to Login cPanel

I'm trying to login to the cPanel but failed. I login via the Hosting Account Management directly and also via the link provided to me via email. Both are also unsuccessful. Kindly check for me what is the issue. Thanks

Change your Cpanel Password from account panel http://x10hosting.com/control and then try.
