but then there are no replies now and am left half way.I was asked to change cpanel password but even after that it has not resolved.

The browser warning you are seeing is because of a self signed SSL certificate. In this particular case it is okay to ignore the browser warning and continue.
Other than the browser warning, are you having any other difficulties logging into your cPanel?

there are 3 support requests for da same issue .I was told for ignoring the browser error and changing the cpanel password.Did the same to no avail.Still the error "login failed"..Kindly test the login and confirm the resolution of the issue
