Unable to Login Cpannel

HI,

Am unable to login cpanel after changing my subdomain vibiz.x10hosting.com to Own domain viebiz.net

I also changed to subdoamin go.viebiz.net still not logging Cpannel. Please fix my domain as go.viebiz.net

Below are the details of my account:
Account Username:vibiz

Primary Domain:http://go.viebiz.net

cPanel URL:http://go.viebiz.net:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Enhanced

Advertisements:Required - 468 x 60 Banner

Disk-Space Allotment:2500 MB

Bandwidth Allotment:45000 MB

Features:cPanel 10+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP

PHP VersionHP 5.2.4 - Basic, Default - (What is this?)

And also can i manage my DNS settings or can i view to change in my domain DNS settings ?

you have a domainforwarder, not set the domain directly to use the x10 nameservers, as a result your cpanel will not forward, only traffic to port 80 (eg normal http)

To access your cpanel continue to use http://vibiz.x10hosting.com:2082

I tried to login cpanel with vibiz.x10hosting.com but still it says Login Attempt Failed!

What can i do now.

I can terminate the domain forwarder. Please tell me what is the process to change dns ?

You would need to contact your domain provider and set your name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and use x10's name servers, or, manually enter the IP assigned to your site, but, by doing this should there ever been a need to move your site you would need to remember to update it, and it is more work for you.

Your cpanel will not work with http://go.viebiz.net:2082 less you do either of the 2 steps Ive outlined above.

Do remember your cpanel password may not be the same as your forum password - you should have an email confirming the password. If you cannot use the details in the email. Please respond to this message so we can help you further.

I Updated My name servers. then next what should i do now?

You would need to wait upto 72 hours for the name server change to ripple round the internet - it can be as little as a few hours, but they do generally state wait upto 72 hours.

For now, you should login with your http://vibiz.x10hosting.com:2082/ link, this will always work, no matter what happens with your domain hosting (even if you choose in a year or so not to renew it)

As for not being able to login. Please send me a private message with a copy of your account created message (as this will include your username, password, and all necessary details)
