Unable to login in Control Panel

Sir,
I am hosting two sites in your server. One is www.web-tips.in and another is www.free-classifieds.in. I am unable to login to the control panels. Also when i click on forgot password it is telling my email is not registered. Please help me out sir.

Our Account panel is Currently offline.But you must be able to login to Cpanel.
http://yourdmain.com/cpanel.
