Unable to login in CPanel and Webmail

Am unable to login into cPanel and Webmail. Login is always failed and prompting for the credentials. But earlier, it automatically redirect to cPanel or Webmail, when am clicking on the respective buttons. Kindly check and revert back to me.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
After that try login to cPanel again.

I did as you said, its not working! there are two different usernames, 1) x10hosting account username 2) forum account username, still my passwod is same. i tried both the things in cpanel login but its not working, 'login attempt failed'.

What might be the issue?
