Unable to login in Wordpress Dashboard as well as in cPanel

I was logged in wordpress dashboard till yesterday morning, but when i opened it today i saw an error :

"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

I don't know what happened? but when i googled this issue i got some solutions which may work. Mostly were related to changing values in database. But i'm unable to login in cPanel too.
I checked status.x10hosting.com it says about diagnosing the cPanel Login issues. I'll wait for solution but what about Wordpress Login Issue? Is this related to same x10hosting issue?

Yesterday i was able to log in to cpanel in vox servers but it took like 3 minutes to redirect to cpanel. Now i can´t log in to cpanel either.

UPDATE: Here is the error i'm having:


Internal Server Error
500

No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): subprocess was killed with signal 14
