Unable to login into FTP area

i setup my account and hosting yesterday and was able to upload some files into this area.

i am unable to do so today. is there a current issue with this service?

It appears to be your hosting account is not linked to forum account. Did you linked the forum and hosting accounts?

Can you provide us the cpanel username
