There is no account that exists with that cPanel username.
If you try to register again with the email you used does it say that the email is taken?

VPS does not come with CPanel by default. And VPS users have a more direct method of getting support - usually through Corey.

Did not expect to see question about free hosting in the VPS Talk forum.
I was just trying to get a clear picture of posters question / problem to see if I could help.
