Unable to login to client area..

Cant login here with my paid account,
I asked for a forgotten password, it sent me a new random one. Used it but it still say login info incorrect, can someone help me? User is:guangwei

It seems like the forum account that you're using (sparkzms) is not linked to a hosting account. Also, the username you mentioned, guangwei, is not a valid forum or cPanel username that's on file.

My Domain name is www.foxthrone.com
username at cpanel is actually foxthron, but when i requested for my password at the client area, it sent me.
