Unable to login to cpanel or access the site via my domain name

Hi,

I'm having a few problems with my site where I can't actually get to either cpanel or my site. When going to cpanel, I can't login using my username and password. I can't access ftp either. The actions to unsuspend my account seem to have failed. I'm not really sure what to do.

Hello,

Your account was not restored after recent server upgrades. I have restored your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
