Unable to login to cPanel - REPOST

Hi,

I previously had raised an enquiry regarding a problem logging in to CPanel, http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/159984-unable-login-cpanel.html. For unknown reason, the thread was closed without the issue being resolved first.

Can anyone solve my problem please?
