Unable to login to Cpanel

After my site's move from lotus to fris i can no longer log in to my cpanel. I read something about some problems like this but i can't find the thread anymore.

Hi

Just wondering if we still have a problem with Cpanel on Fris.
My pages are hosted on Fris, site is active, but I'm unable to log into CPanel.
When last logged into site, was required to change password and confirm email, which I did.
Says I've a hosting account action on hold to update password.
Last site message states continuing to debug Fris but that was 062310, two days ago.

hi, if your accessing through fris.x10hosting.com:2082 then try <YOURSITE>/cpanel
however, if you are using <YOURSITE>/cpanel then try fris.x10hosting.com:2082. It seems to work for me though...
http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ works

wait scrap the <YOURSITE>/cpanel I thought I was on my account, I was on a friends sorting his site.
