Hello, i got loading a MYSQL error. I was suggested to go to cPanel in order to fix it, the problem is that i cannot login despite that i'm entering propertly password and Username, for my account "prromap", site rgl.x10.mx.
Any suggestions?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

After password reset completed, try login to cPanel again.

Finally manage to enter the cPanel, the only way that worked for me, by typing
http:\\mysite.x10.mx:2082
And as Zubair suggested me to add in cPanel under
Remote MySQL this address in host list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com
The site started working again... :)
I think this thead is closed...
