Unable to login to Cpanel

Dear Support!

I can login to the forum with my username (katonacs73) and the password, but unable to login to CPanel neither the katonacs73 and the cnte username (using the same password).
What is wrong? I should use different password to the CPanel? How to reset that password? Or could you send me the older one?

Try logging into CPanel with katonacs as the username. The CPanel user name is limited to EIGHT characters only. I had a similar problem and didn't know about the 8 character limitation.

Your cPanel username is different from your forum username.

Edit:
Never mind. Looks like you have the correct Cpanel username. Make sure you are using correct password.
