Unable to Login to cPanel

Hi,

I just signed up for a Free Hosting account today. When I click Login to cPanel from the Hosting Account Management page, it opens a browser: https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/. However I got a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" content.

Have I missed out anything?
