Unable to login to cPanel

Hi,

I just signed up recently. However, I cannot log into cPanel. I had tried the instruction to reset the password:

http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Ch...Panel_Password

and logged into thru:

https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/ or
http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

But problem still persists. Can you help please?

Hello,

Please login to the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) with your email address and password, then click "Hosting" in the header bar, then click the "Login to cPanel" button, and see if that works.

stpvoice, i did that and still can't log me in
